All firearms must be shipped to an FFL.
There may be transfer fees charged by the local FFL. You can locate a local FFL to complete your transfer at the following website: www.ffls.com
Luttrell Performance does not ship firearms to the following states:
California, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Washington
Before Buying
Please read through our terms completely before bidding or purchasing an item from us. Placing a bid or making a buy-it-now purchase will be considered acceptance of all of our terms.
All firearms should be inspected prior to use. We always do our best to examine the condition and function of any firearm we sell, but we are not gunsmiths and will not be held responsible for any damages resulting from the improper use, misuse, or defect in any firearm we sell.
Make sure that you are able to legally purchase and own the item you are interested in buying before you place an order. If you purchase an item that cannot be shipped to your location or is returned to us because it cannot be transferred to you, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
Payment
Payment is due immediately after a purchase is made. We accept payment by Money Order, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. For additional payment options at customer@LuttrellPerformance.com.
Please note that your order is not guaranteed if payment is not made immediately. If payment is not made within 7 days your order may be canceled and you may be charged a restocking fee.
Shipping
Shipping and handling fees are calculated based on ground shipping within the lower 48 states (Firearms exclude shipping to CA,CT, DC, HI, IL, MA, NJ, NY and other states where prohibited). For buyers outside of the lower 48 states, please contact us for a shipping quote. The listed shipping fee includes shipping, handling, and packaging material. All items are shipped within 1-2 days of payment and receipt of an FFL (if required).Shipping will be made in accordance with all applicable laws. For gun and ammo sales, all shipments will be “Adult Signature Required”. All firearms are required to be shipped only to Federally Licensed Firearms dealers (FFL).
After purchasing a firearm, please send a copy of the dealer’s FFL to LuttrellPerformance@gmail.com. Failure to provide a dealer’s FFL will cause a delay in shipment and may result in a cancellation. Please make sure that you include your name and order number with the FFL to prevent shipping delays.
Most items are shipped within 1-2 days of payment and receipt of an FFL (if required).
Returns
All Ammo sales are final and are not eligible for return.
Please inspect all firearms at the time prior to taking possession. If there is an issue with a firearm, do not take possession. Please contact us immediately. Returns may be accepted from the receiving FFL at the buyer's shipping expense (please contact us to request this type of return). Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued minus the shipping and any credit card fees. Once you take possession of a firearm, it can no longer be returned to us. After you take possession, all defects will be considered a warranty issue and must be taken directly to the manufacturer.
All other items can be returned in their new, undamaged packing for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of receipt.
Please do not return any item in used or damaged condition without contacting us first.

We often use stock photos for new items. Sometimes, colors and styles vary slightly.
You are responsible for the proper safety, storage, and use of the items you purchase from us. By purchasing from us, you agree to hold Luttrell Performance, LLC, its representatives, and principals blameless in the event of any damage, injury, or death that results from the use or ownership of any item we sell. By purchasing this item, you agree to release seller from all liability, whether criminal or civil, arising from the purchase, ownership, possession, use, or misuse of this item.
